Brief update on the University enterprise bargaining negotiations
As has been described in a variety of forums, the University has had a complete Enterprise Agreement proposal, suitable for a staff vote, drafted for several months. This proposal, which was developed after a period of intense activity by both the University and the Unions, is very different from the previous Agreement. Besides additional entitlements in a number of areas, there are numerous changes that aim to simply local management and support the institution moving forward.
